Eleana Salazar

Lawyer with over six years of professional experience, specialized in Financial Law.

Eleana graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Central de Venezuela (2018), and graduated Summa Cum Laude in her LL.M. in Financial Law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. She has held key positions such as Senior Associate in the tax department of an important Venezuelan law firm, providing specialized consultancy, optimization strategies, and representation in administrative and judicial proceedings.

She is a full member of the Venezuelan Tax Law Association, Founding Member of the AVDT -40 Committee, Member of the Commercial Law Venezuelan Association, and Member of the Venezuelan Arbitration Association.

Eleana is ranked by Legal 500 as “Leading Associate” in the Tax Practice Area.

Additionally, she has contributed to academia as university professor and has written thought-provoking articles on several topics, including:
