Isabella Irausquin
Isabella is a lawyer who graduated from Universidad Metropolitana in 2014. She had previously graduated from Liberal Studies at the same university in 2007. Isabella has completed two Master’s degrees in Madrid, Spain. In 2009, she completed a Master’s in International Law and International Relations at the Complutense University of Madrid, and she received an honorable mention in the specialty of International Relations. In 2017, she completed an LLM in International Business Law at the prestigious Instituto Escuela (IE), where she also obtained an MBA certification.
Isabella has extensive experience in the oil and energy sector, which has provided her with a deep understanding of the Venezuelan industry. She has had the opportunity to work directly with senior management and corporate levels related to the sector. Her experience as a corporate lawyer, combined with her multidisciplinary academic background, has given her a business-oriented vision focused on problem-solving and delivering effective results from a broad, integrated perspective.
In her most recent role in the oil and energy sector, Isabella has been involved in high-profile negotiations and transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, Joint Venture agreements, Asset Purchase and Sale Agreements, and Financial Restructuring, among others.
