Leonardo E. Veronico Osorio is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2017 (Cum Laude honors). He previously worked at law firms in Caracas, such as D’Empaire Abogados, Consultores Jurídicos Ayala Dillon Fernández Chavero, and García Montoya & Asociados.

He is a Professor at UCAB. He has studies in constitutional law, human rights, management and adminsitration, public affairs and governance. He is a Master’s thesis student in Constitutional Law at UCAB and candidate for Master’s degree in Business Administration at IESA.

Leonardo’s practice focuses on national and international public law, human rights, constitutional and administrative law, procedures, contracts and regulatory law. He has experience in corporate law, securities regulation, national and international compliance, combining his studies in the public sector with the needs of the private sector, especially in relation to management strategies, special projects, decision making, environmental analysis, public and private contracting, regulation and compliance, social responsibility and sustainability.

Leonardo has worked and assisted in client services such as strategies, problem solving, procedures and litigation. He has experience in corporate work, public and private contracting, civil associations, foundations, NGOs, among others.
